VisImage Systems Inc. has complied with the Medical Devices Regulations of the Food and Drugs Act and in 2014, was granted a Medical Device Establishment Licence by Health Canada.  As per sections 44 to 51 of Medical Devices Regulations of the Food and Drugs Act  to ensure that the Inspectorate has given VisImage Systems Inc. the right to be Manufacturer of medical devices for distribution in Canada.

Our Company has assured the Inspectorate we have met the regulatory requirements and have documented procedures in place, related to distribution records, complaint handling, and recalls with respect to the medical devices we sell.
